For the uninitiated or even the wine connoisseur, wine walls can prove to be a difficult subject due to the amount of options available. What are Wine Walls?

Wine walls are refrigerated display cabinets that are designed to beautifully display your bespoke wine collection. They are uniquely designed to display your wine collection in an aesthetically pleasing fashion. Not only will these appease you due to the visual splendour but you can rest assured that they are managing the storage environment correctly.

The Home range for domestic customers features charcoal filers and a noise reduction system. Both the Home and Professional range feature charcoal filers and a noise reduction system. They also have vibration-free compressors, with the glass panels being fully UV-treated to prevent any light from damaging your wine.

Our wine walls are bespoke and can be built to many specifications, listed in the collection, you will find numerous sizes, display types and varying bottle capacities. You can even have LED lighting installed, which will make your collection stand out all the more.

The wine walls that we have on offer are completely bespoke and manufactured to order in Italy by one of the leading manufacturers, EXPO, whose products are distributed in over 60 countries around the world.

Wine walls come in a variety of options, depending on the space you have available in addition to the specific look and style you may have in mind.

Built-in Wine Walls: These are designed to be recessed into an alcove, which will create a seamless finish. These can also be integrated neatly into most spaces.
Freestanding Wine Walls: as the name suggests, these are designed as standalone units which require ventilation space around them. You can most often find these freestanding units being used in restaurants and hallways. Wine walls also come in two different specifications. Some are designed for home use and boast a noise-reducing feature, whereas others are used for commercial use in locations such as hotels or restaurants (such as the aforementioned freestanding units). These are specifically designed to withstand the day-to-day use of a busy hotel.

Regardless of your reason for opting for a wine wall, you are free to choose the type of frame, lighting and shelf layout in all of the wine walls available. With a whole host of different colour options available to match your kitchen design or restaurant interior.

There are no limits to the colour options that are available. You can choose between more traditional colours such as black and white. However, you can even choose between premium options such as gold or even silver leaf. EXPO are also able to match any RAL colour you wish to have.

Yes, the shelves can accommodate various bottle shapes such as Burgundy and Champagne, you will find though that they do not stack as neatly as Bordeaux bottles due to the shape of the bottle but this is to be expected, the overall capacity will be reduced if mixing bottle shapes.

In total, you can select from 4 options: horizontal, display, vertical as well as a mixture of shelving options.

Typically, the lead time can be 4-6 weeks. All of these wine walls are manufactured to order in Rivoli, Italy.

The lifetime of a wine wall ultimately depends on the unit itself. For example, the EXPO options are robust units and can last between 10-15 years. However, depending on the care of the unit, this estimate can extend even longer.

Wine walls are constructed from lightweight aluminium.

Our supplier released a ‘full black’ option which means all of the aluminium trim is powder-coated in Matt black which looks stunning.
