2-person delivery is included for all UK deliveries.

Additional costs apply for the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands.

Our standard delivery is to the ground floor only, however if you do live on the 2nd or 3rd floor without a lift on site, it is still possible to deliver depending on the type of stairs to contend with. We will always request further information on access so we can review and do our best endeavours to help and ensure delivery goes as smoothly as possible*.

For UK stock items, we can deliver in as little as 2 working days depending on your postcode. We will contact you to book your preferred delivery date.

For non-UK stock items, usually 2-3 weeks and we will contact you to confirm the lead time.

For UK stock items, we can deliver in around 10-14 working days. The goods are transferred to our NI depot on a Friday and our delivery team will contact you to arrange delivery.

For non-UK stock items, it can be upto 4 weeks depending on availability. Please contact us for additional information on the product lead time.

Yes, we can remove your old unit at an additional cost of £50. Please contact us to arrange this.

Our delivery will be made between 8 and 6pm Monday - Friday, we will send you an ETA on the morning of delivery and the driver will call the recipient between 20-60mins before delivery.

If you require delivery in a shorter timeframe then an AM/PM delivery can be arranged during checkout at £45.

Yes, we can hold the goods for you - please contact us or leave a note in the order instructions, our team will be in touch to make these arrangements.

We recommend you contact us before placing the order so we can discuss the available delivery options - we are able to deliver to the whole of the UK and ROI but the level of service may vary.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, please ensure you keep the original packaging and do not use or install the item. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
