Here at Elite Wine Refrigeration, we only list products we are confident in. Particularly with 30cm built in wine coolers, which are some of the most popular units on the market, we have learnt to only list wine cooler specialists. That is why you won't find big brands like CDA, AEG, Caple - we stick to wine cooler specialist companies.
Available as single and dual zone coolers from Dunavox and Avintage, the 30cm dual zone wine fridge is becoming very popular as it isn't manufactured by many companies.
A 300mm wine cooler is designed to fit in a 300mm cabinet space. This type of unit has an actual width of 295mm which will leave 0.25cm on either side to allow for the correct ventilation but also to ensure the door opens correctly. The 300mm unit is one of the most popular units today as it fits neatly into a relatively small space and holds a good amount of wine bottles.
When installing a built in wine cooler, it is imperative that the vent is not blocked at the front of the unit. If you plan to run a plinth in front of the wine cooler, please ensure there is a vent installed in it to allow enough cool air to be drawn in to cool the compressor.
