Our standard 2-person delivery service (8am - 6pm) to the UK mainland is free of charge, providing an 12Tonne/18Tonne vehicle can access to your property. This includes delivery to the ground floor (unpack, position and removal of packaging).
If your property has any access restrictions - such as stairs, narrow roads, or weight limits on the route - we always recommend getting in touch with us before delivery. It gives us a chance to talk everything through, plan the safest approach, and make sure there are no surprises on the day. This helps avoid any failed delivery costs and ensures everything goes smoothly from start to finish.
Exceptions: Delivery to Scottish Highlands are to the kerbside only and incurs an additional fee. Postcodes include AB30+, DD6, DD11+, DG, FK10+, HS, IV, KA18-19, KA26-28, KW, KY9-10, KY16, ML10+, PA20+, PH4+, TD5, TD7+.
Delivery to Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Ireland will incur additional charges.
Once your order is placed, our customer service team will reach out by email to arrange a delivery date that suits you. We book every delivery directly with our customers so someone can be there to receive the goods and make sure everything goes smoothly on the day. We’ll always confirm a date with you first - your delivery only goes ahead when you’re ready.
Delivery is between 8 and 6pm, MONDAY - FRIDAY, the driver will call ahead and an ETA will be sent on the morning of delivery (the ETA is provided as a guidance only).
If you need to request a specific delivery slot, you can select either a Morning (8am - 12pm) / Afternoon (12 - 6pm) slot at £54.
Our delivery partners will always bring your appliance to the ground floor as standard. If your home involves stairs, we’ll simply ask for a few photos and the dimensions so we can check whether a two person crew can safely complete the delivery.
If the layout requires a little extra support, we’ll talk it
through with you first. In some cases, this may mean:
We’ll always be upfront, clear, and friendly about any extra requirements before anything is booked - no surprises, just a smooth delivery planned together.
Yes - before you sign for your delivery, it’s really important to take a moment to check everything over. Once the items are signed for, we’re unable to accept claims for damage, so a quick inspection helps make sure everything is perfect before you take it inside.
Here’s what to do when your delivery arrives:
Once goods are signed for, responsibility passes to the customer, and any damage would need to be proven as pre‑delivery - so this quick check really protects you.
If someone else might be accepting the delivery on your behalf, please make sure they know to inspect the goods properly before signing.
To help everything run smoothly, it’s important that someone is available on the agreed delivery day. Our freight partners will always contact you beforehand and usually let you know whether your delivery is expected in the morning or afternoon. If no one is there to receive the goods, or if the delivery can’t be completed for reasons outside our control, a re‑delivery fee of £170 + VAT will apply, and the delivery can only be re‑booked once this charge has been settled.
If you need to reschedule, just let us know at least 48 hours before your delivery date. Changes made on the day may incur additional charges, so a little notice really helps us keep everything running smoothly for you.
For access, we’ll always do our best to deliver right to your chosen location. However, if the property isn’t accessible for a two‑person team with a trolley, we may need to deliver to the doorstep or kerbside instead. That’s why we kindly ask you to share any access restrictions with us in advance - things like stairs, narrow pathways, or tight turns. This helps us plan properly and avoid any unexpected issues or additional charges on the day.
We’re here to make your delivery as smooth and stress‑free as possible.
