We are delighted to offer free shipping on all items to UK Mainland, we also deliver to the areas outside of UK Mainland (Scotland, Wales, Northern Islands) in which we will give you a quotation of delivery costs, if applicable.
Standard free delivery is to the kerbside only, if you would like your new cabinet unpacking and taking into its new resting place please purchase an additional service.
Shipment and Delivery:
Our wine coolers are brought in from all over Europe. For units that are held in the UK we offer a delivery and unpacking service as standard, to UK mainland only. We use multiple couriers to fulfil our deliveries, depending on where the appliance is held, this will be confirmed with you via email once we have booked a delivery date for your order.
For appliances that are held outside of the UK or are to be delivered outside of UK mainland, standard delivery will be kerbside only. These will be brought in especially for you and to ensure the risk of damage is minimized during transportation, the item will be on a pallet.
We can offer an unpacking / installation service on items brought in from outside of the UK, please contact us for prices and availability of this in your area.
A delivery estimation date will be emailed to the customer for each order placed.

There are two components to total shipping time for orders:
- Once you place an order, we must process it and contact the shipping company to pick up the order from one of our warehouses.
- Once the shipping company picks up the order, they must deliver it.
Most orders placed before 12 pm GMT will be processed same day by our warehouse. Orders placed after 12 pm GMT will be processed the next business day.
Time To Ship:
We list the average time it takes products to ship on every product. Some products do ship more quickly than others, due to order volume, inventory status, and the efficiency of the warehouse shipping the product. You will be contacted by the logistic company for your delivery day & time slot.

Time In Transit:
From the date of shipment, delivery rarely takes more than 5 - 10 business days to reach its destination.
Delivery to Northern Ireland / Republic of Ireland: Delivery to these areas will be a kerbside delivery only. The wine cooler will arrive on a pallet and will need to be signed for.

Signing for items at time of delivery
It is extremely important to check all items for damage before signing and accepting them. We will not be able to accept any claims for damaged items if you have signed the delivery paperwork and accepted goods.
Please take the following steps:
1. If our delivery team have not already done so, please take the item out of its packaging (do not just look at the packaging)
2.Inspect goods carefully (all the sides, corners and doors if applicable)
3. If there is no damage , accept and sign
4. If there is damage do not accept or sign (you can instead write Delivery refused as item damaged)
Once goods are signed for we cannot be held responsible for any damages and the customer is required to prove to us the damage was there before delivery.
Please make sure that anyone who might accept a delivery for you understands this, please also make sure the person who is signing for goods on your behalf is over 18 and if its your 'acceptor' you are obliged to make sure they know they have to inspect the goods properly before signing.
Customers are responsible for being present for their delivery as freight companies contact customers prior to their delivery day and may advise whether it is an AM/PM delivery. If a delivery fails because there is nobody available to receive it on the day it has been booked or delivery fails for a reason out of our control, then a charge of £100 + VAT will be levied for the failure. The delivery will NOT be rebooked until this charge is paid.
